I'm so glad you found your way to my website! I'm a personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. Originally from Brazil, I've been living in Australia for 14 years and have always been active and into sports.
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. I hold a bachelor’s degree in P.E. teaching and have trained in a range of martial arts for over 30 years myself, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Muay Thai.
My specialty areas include weight loss, strength, and conditioning, and I firmly believe that fitness should be a lifelong commitment, not just a seasonal one. That's why my personal saying is “why would you work on a body for summer instead of having a healthy body for a lifetime?” I'm open-minded and like to mix up different training types to make my sessions fun and engaging, including bulking up, yoga, functional training, and boxing.
I'm in the business of helping people, I am incredibly passionate about empowering women and absolutely love working with children. I truly believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender or ability, and I'm committed to helping my clients achieve their goals.
